What is a Board Certified Veterinary Dentist™?
Veterinary Dental Practitioners have undergone additional study, training, and assessment to enhance their knowledge and skills in veterinary dentistry, but they are NOT board-certified specialists. -
Rebecca Dallwig DVM
Dr. Becky grew up in Middleton, so she is thrilled to be back home in the Madison area and a part of the Spartan team! She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with both a Bachelor of Science degree, and her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree in 2008. She worked in emergency medicine for several years before moving back into general practice. She also brings a wide range of experience with exotic animals, including several publications. In addition to exotics, her special interest is ultrasound - which like most aspects of medicine is always evolving. Dr. Becky keeps busy during off-hours with pretty much anything outdoors and adventurous. She especially loves traveling with adventures ranging from African safaris, to scuba diving in Bali, and more recently Peru and the Amazon rainforest! She lives in Verona with two of the three cats that she started vet school with - Jackson and Mya (the diva!) - and a bearded dragon named Oscar. Dr. Becky looks forward to getting to know you and your special pet.
